• Must be able to perform routine daily nursing care according to care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents as directed by supervisor and care plans.
• Review resident assessments and care plans to ensure quality care.
• Record all entries accurately on flow sheets, reports, and charts.
• Follow facility policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support safety procedures and infection control practices.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and nutrition monitoring.
• Support residents in activities and social programs as needed.
