Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments and meals as required.
• Record entries clearly in flow sheets, notes, or charts.
• Report any changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Keep resident rooms ready and clean and assist with daily care tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report privacy breaches.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
• Observe and report injuries, skin issues, or discomfort promptly.
• Follow policies and procedures and cooperate with other staff.
