Job summary

The Oaks at Belmont, part of Trilogy Health Services, is seeking a Resident Care Associate to provide non-certified, routine services under supervision. The role supports Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents, focusing on daily living activities, dining support, and comfort measures.

Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED and 0-1 year of relevant experience. This position offers comprehensive Thrive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living including hygiene, incontinence care, bathing and grooming.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery and dining experience.
• Answers residents' call lights promptly.
• Ensures residents who cannot call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (position checks, hydration, etc.).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
