Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Activities Associate at The Oaks at Belmont to lead engaging programs that enhance residents’ social lives and well-being. You will organize events, tailor activities to individual needs, and foster a caring community in a long-term care setting.

You will work with residents to encourage participation, prepare activity spaces, and document outcomes to help improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recreational and social activities that promote community and improve residents' quality of life.
• Organize and execute activities, events, and entertainment to encourage socialization.
• Assess residents' cognitive and physical abilities to tailor activities inclusively.
• Set up activity spaces and prepare equipment and supplies.
• Lead and document individual and group activities and record participation/outcomes.
