Job summary

Wallick Senior Living in Columbus, OH, seeks a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care at The Ashford on Broad. You will join a team that values dignity, independence, and daily meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR Certification required; Nurse Aide Certification a plus.
• Communication skills to interact with residents, families and coworkers.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and daily assistance.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Respond to call lights promptly and address resident needs.
• Encourage resident participation in activities.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining, and events.
• Lift, turn, and reposition residents as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
