Wallick Senior Living is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Caregiver for The Ashford of Sturbridge in Hillard, Ohio. The role offers a 7am-3pm shift with a pay rate of $16 per hour plus shift differential.

You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and help residents maintain independence and quality of life within a supportive, employee-owned community.

Qualifikationen

• CPR certification is expected; Nurse Aide certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication with residents, families and coworkers.
• Organized and self-motivated to deliver quality resident care.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, and grooming needs.
• Respond promptly to call lights and family needs.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and programs.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining, and events.
• Support safe resident movement: lifting, turning, and repositioning.
