Job summary

Heritage Senior Living in Franklin, WI is seeking compassionate CNAs and Resident Assistants to join our care team. You’ll provide personalized support to residents, helping with daily activities, mobility, and monitoring wellbeing to maintain independence and comfort.

Qualifications

• CNA certification desirable, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete required CBRF certifications and training.
• Ability to safely use resident transfer and mobility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and activities of daily living.
• Provide care according to each resident's ISP.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment.
• Complete wellness checks and respond to calls and alarms.
• Observe residents for changes and report concerns promptly.
• Document resident care and services accurately.
• Assist with medications when trained and delegated.
• Follow resident-rights, infection prevention, and safety requirements.
• Participate in meetings and training.
• Maintain a safe, homelike environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
