Job summary

Inspir Embassy Row in Washington, DC is seeking a Part Time Resident Care Partner (CNA/HHA) to support residents under the ISP. The role requires assisting with ADLs, medication assistance, and collaboration with the care team to deliver compassionate, personalized care.

Eligible candidates will have a completed CNA or HHA program and be registered in DC. Fluency in English and at least one year of senior-care experience are preferred. Competitive wages and flexible shifts are offered.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program or Home Health Aide Program and registered in the District of Columbia.
• Minimum one-year experience working with a senior population in residential or home setting.
• Must speak and read English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service to residents, family members, and visitors.
• Collaborates with the Resident Care Team to ensure excellence in resident care.
• Assists with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, mobility.
• Assists with continence management and instrumental ADLs like meals, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Supports resident use of technology, medical equipment, and supplies.
• Assists with self-administration of medication.
• Accompanies residents to appointments as needed.
• Encourages participation in social and recreational activities.
• Maintains resident records and logs per policy.
• Complies with safety practices and incident reporting.
