Inspīr Senior Living in Washington, DC is seeking a Resident Care Partner (CNA/HHA) to join our Resident Care team. The role provides care and services per each resident’s ISP within the CAN/HHA training, ensuring safety and compassionate support.

Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, medication adherence, mobility, and engagement in social activities. Minimum one year with seniors; DC registration required; CPR/first aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Must complete Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide program and be registered in DC.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must speak and read English fluently.
• Minimum one year experience with seniors; dementia experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide care and service per resident ISP within CAN/HHA scope.
• Maintain safe, compassionate care and up-to-date records.
• Assist with activities of daily living, medication self-administration, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, hygiene, housekeeping, and mobility as needed.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
