Job summary

Inspir Embassy Row in Washington, DC is seeking a Resident Care Partner (CNA/HHA) for full-time employment. The role supports residents per Individualized Service Plans, performing ADL assistance, medication support, and participation in social activities to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading and speaking required.
• One year of senior care experience preferred.
• Active DC CNA/HHA registration or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service to residents, families and visitors.
• Collaborates with the Resident Care Team to ensure excellent care and service delivery.
• Assists with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, mobility.
• Assists with continence management and daily living activities.
• Supports meal planning, housekeeping, laundry, and bed making as needed.
• Helps residents with medications under supervision and follows ISP guidance.
• Participates in training programs and adheres to Inspīr safety practices.
