Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking caring Resident Assistants to support residents with Activities of Daily Living, within our Ohio communities. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care and help residents maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Ability to work as part of a team under nurse supervision
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care ethos

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including teeth care, toileting, bathing, incontinence and dressing
• Provide supervision or cueing related to transfer ambulation as needed
• Communicate effectively with residents and the care team
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to respond to emergencies
• Support residents with various daily needs; experience in dementia/memory care preferred
