Job summary

Greenway Spring Green is seeking Resident Care Nurses and LPNs in Wisconsin to provide skilled nursing care. Two shifts: Day shift 24 hours/week (Tue/Wed, every other weekend, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) and Night shift 36 hours/week (5:00 PM–5:30 AM, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend).

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Ability to administer medications and skilled nursing care.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents regularly to ensure needs are met.
• Act as charge nurse during shift and oversee facility operations.

YOUR SCHEDULE

We are currently hiring for two nursing positions, both eligible for benefits:

Day Shift Position

• 24 hours per week
• Tuesday and Wednesday
• Every other weekend
• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Night Shift Position

• 36 hours per week
• 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM
• 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend

YOUR DAY

As our Resident Care Nurse or LPN, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our seniors receive the highest standard of care. Each shift, you'll administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians and staff to provide comprehensive care. You'll visit residents regularly to ensure their needs are met while supporting and guiding nursing assistants. Acting as charge nurse during your shift, you'll oversee the facility, making decisions and addressing challenges to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS
