Job summary

Encore Senior Living is seeking a Med Aid to administer medications and assist with residents' daily care in our warm, home-like communities in Wisconsin. You will store medications properly, maintain accurate records, and monitor residents' health, safety, and well-being under the Wellness Director's guidance.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of healthcare experience, are 18+ years old, and will participate in our full training program.

Qualifications

• One-year experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• We offer a full training program and are willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents and assist with activities of daily living.
• Properly store medications and equipment; keep the medication room clean and orderly.
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution and report changes to Wellness Director.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents, reporting changes promptly.
