Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have ability to provide direct care to residents and assist with activities of daily living.

• Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays as required.
• Must pass background check and complete in-service education as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in and out of bed and wheelchair per procedure.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and peri care.
• Record vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Maintain clean med room and assist with medication pass per physician orders.
• Provide housekeeping, laundry, and linen services as scheduled.
• Complete shift reports and document information prior to leaving shift.
