Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain medication administration training per state guidelines

Responsibilities

• Provide care and services such as medication administration, daily living assistance, and other duties in a caring, safe and efficient manner
• Assist residents with self-administration of medications and with bathing, dressing, transferring and walking
• Obtain vital signs accurately and report changes in resident health status
• Maintain clean and safe room, linens, and public areas according to location procedures
