Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in Waconia, MN seeks a compassionate part-time caregiver to provide daily living assistance, medication administration and related healthcare services to residents in a safe, respectful environment.

You will help residents with bathing, dressing, toileting and transfers, take vital signs, assist with meals, maintain clean rooms and linen, and follow OSHA/CDC guidelines and the facility’s procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or required per state.
• Must complete medication administration training program and competencies per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and services including medication administration and daily living assistance.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers and mobility.
• Obtain vital signs and report health changes.
• Follow OSHA/CDC guidelines and SDS procedures to minimize infections.
