Avera Mother Joseph Manor Retirement Community is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, and mobility. The role involves safe medication administration and documentation, as well as preparing rooms for admissions and transfers.

The RN or licensed nurse oversees care, and you will work within a compassionate multidisciplinary team to ensure a clean, safe environment and timely responses to resident needs.

Formación

• Requires CNA licensure or certification.
• Medication Aide certification within 120 days may be needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities including meals, bathing, and mobility.
• Administer resident medications according to policy and procedure.
• Record vital signs and changes in resident condition for nurse review.
• Prepare rooms and belongings for admission, transfer, or discharge.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment across rooms and common areas.
