Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes SRIM values and treats residents, families, visitors, and staff with respect.
• Supervises self-administration of medication for residents.
• Assists with ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Interacts with residents with empathy and respect across care levels.
• Observes health and emotional well-being and reports changes to supervisor.
• Assists in dining room service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Participates in leisure activities per the activity calendar.
• Keeps environment safe, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Signs residents out when leaving the community as needed.
• Complies with HIPAA and follows policies in emergencies.
• Works as a team with staff and management.
