Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents and off-campus clients by providing them with exceptional service in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Resident Care Manager (RCM).
As a Resident Care manager, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!
Observe residents determining if needs are addressed and report observations and recommendations to the Health Services Director. This includes conducting service plan review meetings and making changes, ensuring care plan is completed including pre-work and post-work from the meetings as well as all documentation is completed.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new caregiving team members.
Schedule and supervise caregivers.
Complete quality assurance audits and ensure resident chart is organized.
Must be able to work on site and provide care directly to residents through clinical outbreaks of flu, norovirus and other diseases including pandemic situations.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Previous leadership experience preferred;
Must have experience as a caregiver and med aide;
Basic understanding of the conditions and feelings associated with older adults;
Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality;

Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
