Position Summary

We are seeking a strong clinical leader to oversee nursing operations on our long-term care unit. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting, coaching, and supervising nursing staff.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure safe, effective care delivery
• Coordinate daily unit operations, staffing assignments, and workflow
• Ensure timely completion of treatments, medications, and physician orders
• Monitor documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Communicate changes in resident condition to providers, leadership, and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning and outcomes

Qualifications: License Requirement

Current, active, and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Massachusetts.

Experience
