Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC in Largo, FL is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) and LPN Supervisor for a 9:00 AM–5:30 PM weekday schedule with rotating weekend duty.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, and direct resident care services in compliance with state and federal standards.

Responsibilities include policy enforcement, staffing, care plans, documentation, and ensuring quality and safety across the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Minimum of one year of leadership or care coordination experience preferred.
• Current, active nursing license in the applicable state, in good standing.
• Experience in long‑term care, assisted living, or similar setting preferred.
• Must meet all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce nursing service policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing on budgets and staffing.
• Supervise nursing staff and schedule duty hours.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and residents’ families.
• Complete assessments, care plans, and health record documentation.
• Participate in facility surveys and quality improvement programs.
