Responsibilities

• Communicate with Director, Health and Wellness on resident needs to ensure consistent quality services.
• Provide hands-on care and perform nursing tasks as required in support of the resident’s care plan.
• Provide clinical support and training of care staff to support continuing education requirements.
• Assist in transcription of physicians’ orders and review of new orders.
• Maintain proper certifications required by local and state licensing agencies including ongoing in-service trainings and certifications.
• Foster teamwork with co-workers, show initiative, and have a positive impact on colleagues and visitors.
• Seek out and perform other duties as assigned or needed.
