Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Clinical Director who will oversee and promote residents' health and wellness through regular visits, assessments, and ongoing communication with the care team. You will review medical reports, manage medications, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with families and physicians.

The role requires an Ohio RN/LPN license and at least one year of health-care experience, with proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN or LPN license valid in Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospital/long-term care or related health care facility.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and the internet; EMR familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents' health and wellness through regular visits and assessments.
• Coordinate health services and coordinate transfers to hospital or other facilities.
• Maintain up-to-date individual service plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with residents, families and physician regarding medical needs.
• Attend required trainings and ensure infection control guidelines are followed.
• Be on call for medical questions and resident emergencies as scheduled.
