Job summary

LifeStar Talent, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in a Florida long-term care setting under the Wellness Director and a Licensed Practical Nurse. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, and help maintain residents’ dignity and independence.

The role is safety-sensitive and requires a Florida CNA certification, current CPR, excellent English communication, and at least one year of geriatrics experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Florida CNA certification in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• One+ year of geriatrics experience in care settings.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Maintains resident safety and comfort; monitors health changes.
• Provides in-house escort services and helps with meals and hydration.
• Reminds about medications and supports nutrition monitoring.
• Participates in activity programs and trainings; documents events.
