Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and implementing activities for residents.
• Design programs to encourage socialization and fulfillment.
• Coordinate and supervise activities for individuals or groups.
• Assist residents with mobility as needed for activities.
• Support residents in attending religious services and voting activities.
• Attend staff meetings and in-service sessions.
• Protect resident privacy and PHI per HIPAA policies.
• Report incidents to supervisor and adapt activities as needed.
