Bonaventure of Lacey is seeking an Engaged Assisted Living Coordinator/Resident Care Coordinator to lead the community’s assisted living program, align resident needs with state regulations, and train staff to deliver high-quality care and service. You will oversee hiring, scheduling, and service plans, while maintaining excellent relations with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must have state certifications and licenses.
• Experience supervising team members and providing training and support.
• Understand and follow state regulations and company guidelines.
• Must comply with state vaccine requirements.
• English language required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule care staff.
• Coordinate and monitor services related to resident care through service plans.
• Update care plans and charges via logs and meetings with residents and families.
• Provide hands-on training and support to medication aides and caregiving staff.
• Alert the RN Consultant for changes in resident condition.
• Audit medication administration for accuracy and completeness.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly.
• Model leadership and professionalism to staff and residents.
