Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Resident Care Manager to oversee health and wellness on our assisted living unit. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate admissions, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

The role requires RN or LPN licensure, CPR/First Aid within 60 days, and strong leadership and communication skills. Applicants must meet regulatory requirements and work collaboratively with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN required or preferred based on facility policy.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 60 days of employment.
• TB screening and background check as per state requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and time management.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Compassionate, professional demeanor with a commitment to resident-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee resident admissions, assessments, and care plans.
• Monitor residents’ health and update care plans with physicians.
• Assist with resident care, meals, and transitions as needed.
• Perform medication passes and ensure proper storage, documentation, and disposal.
• Maintain resident records and monthly charting.
• Complete and review incident reports and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate care with home health and hospice agencies per policies.
