Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living.
• Check on residents every two hours and document findings.
• Respond to resident calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist with meals and dining room activities as needed.
• Support resident independence while protecting resident rights.
