United Care LLC is seeking an experienced House Lead who provides hands-on care and helps oversee daily operations in a home setting, ensuring safety and quality of care.

You will supervise staff, coordinate resident services, manage records, and mentor caregivers while delivering person-centered, state-compliant care.

Competenze

• 2+ years of caregiving or direct care experience.
• Leadership experience in residential care or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting individuals with behavioral health, mental health, developmental, or physical disabilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead by example.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; TB test within 90 days.
