Qualifications

• CNA license in Minnesota preferred.
• Experience in resident care or leadership roles preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Resident Care - assist residents with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, and restorative care.
• Mentor and Support Team Members - train, guide, and coach staff on shift.
• Act as a Shift Lead - primary contact during shifts, coordinate care and communication.
• Ensure Quality and Compliance - maintain documentation and follow care protocols.
• Promote a Positive Culture - foster teamwork and ensure residents and staff feel valued.
• Other Duties as Assigned - as needed by the department.
