Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license as an RN or LPN/LVN.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care staff and oversee resident care in the community.
• Oversee staffing, schedules, and ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor medication administration and MARs.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and care team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and CQI involvement.
• Lead assessments and development of individualized service plans.
• Support budgeting and inventory management.
