Job summary

Leisure Living in Michigan is seeking a Caregiver/Med Tech to support residents with daily living activities, administer medications, and monitor health and safety. The role includes learning residents’ preferences and collaborating with healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living as per residents' plans.
• Respond to call lights and safety alarms promptly.
• Chart daily notes and resident weights/vitals as required.
• Assist with meals and participate in activities as planned by Life Enrichment.
