Excel Care Wilmington is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will clean resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces following infection control standards, working independently or as part of a team.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, pride in their work, and a compassionate attitude toward residents. No prior experience required, but reliability and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility
• Collect and take out trash to designated disposal areas
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas
• Replenish paper products and cleaning supplies as needed
• Respond courteously to resident and staff requests
• Assist with room turnovers and deep cleaning as assigned
