ExcelCare At Wayne in Wayne, NJ is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our rehabilitation center. You will clean resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces while following infection control and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset, and is committed to supporting residents and staff through consistent, quality cleaning and timely turnover.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Collect and take out trash to designated disposal areas.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas.
• Replenish paper products and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Respond courteously to resident and staff requests.
• Assist with room turnovers and deep cleaning as assigned.
