Excelcare at Wilmington is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. You will clean resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces while following infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Respectful and compassionate attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility
• Collect and take out trash to designated disposal areas
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas
• Replenish paper products and cleaning supplies as needed
• Respond courteously to resident and staff requests
• Assist with room turnovers and deep cleaning as assigned
