Job summary

Elwyn is seeking a Household Coordinator in Harrisburg, PA, to manage daily housekeeping, safety documentation, and building/vehicle maintenance for community-based homes. You will supervise residents, advocate for their needs, and assist with medications under physician direction after training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in Human Services preferred.
• DHS-approved Medication Administration Training Certification required.
• Must be able to CPR and crisis intervention.
• Excellent customer interaction and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean living environment through daily housekeeping.
• Provide supervision and programmatic decision making for residents.
• Administer medications as directed by physician after training.
• Coordinate supplies and ensure documentation for fire/safety and vehicle upkeep.
• Advocate for residents with outside agencies and families.
• Escort residents to appointments and participate in team meetings.
