Outcome HC is seeking a dedicated housekeeping aide to perform cleaning duties, routine housekeeping and preventive maintenance in our Philadelphia facility. Under supervision you will dust, mop, vacuum, sanitize areas, and assist with daily room turnover.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Dust/polish and arrange furniture or equipment.
• Mop and polish floors.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets and draperies.
• Scour and sanitize sinks, toilets, tubs and shower areas.
• Polish plumbing fixtures.
• Clean mirrors, light fixtures, doors, windows, and sills.
• Wash and clean walls.
• Collect trash and dispose outside.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and properly.
• Work with residents, families and staff with integrity.
• Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
• Attend in-services and wear protective clothing as required.
