Job summary

Elwyn is seeking a Household Coordinator to support community-based homes on Elwyn's campuses in Media or Glen Mills, PA. The role includes daily housekeeping, safety maintenance, and medication support with required DHS Medication Administration Training.

Schedule is PRN with 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and weekend flexibility. compensation ranges at $17.00–$19.00 per hour plus a $3.00 shift differential for 2nd shifts, with benefits like PTO, health plans, on-demand pay, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have DHS approved Medication Administration Training Certification
• 1 year of experience in behavioral health or forensic field preferred
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and drive safely in state residence

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and clean living environment through daily housekeeping
• Provide daily cooking and menu planning per dietary needs
• Order supplies for the home and maintain inventory
• Advocate for residents with outside agencies and families
• Administer medications as directed by physician after training
• Maintain records including monthly summaries and logs
• Escort residents to appointments and participate in team meetings
• Perform CPR and crisis intervention as trained
