Job summary

Paradigm at the Creek is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Aide to assist Certified Nurse Aides and the Nursing Department in delivering daily routine care for residents requiring short-term, skilled, and long-term nursing services. This role supports care during the COVID-19 period and requires a high school diploma or GED, plus 1 year in a related field.

You will help residents with meals, communications, and activities, while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with PPE and facility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a related field.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Certified Nurse Aides and Nursing Department to deliver daily routine care.
• Support residents with meals, activities, and mobility as needed.
• Help residents communicate with family and health care providers via video/voice calls.
• Distribute items, run errands, and assist housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Maintain clean, safe rooms; monitor safety and environmental conditions.
• Record changes in residents' status and report to charge nurses and administrators.
• Follow handwashing, PPE, and facility policies; participate in in-services.
