Job summary

Paradigm-At-the-Prairies in El Campo, TX seeks a compassionate Hospitality Aide to support Certified Nurse Aides and the Nursing Department in delivering high-quality daily care to residents requiring short-term and long-term services. This role assists during the COVID-19 pandemic and participates in departmental activities and in-services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Certified Nurse Aides and Nursing Department to deliver daily routine care for residents.
• Help residents with mealtime, activities, and mobility as needed.
• Support with admissions, room changes, and communication with families.
• Assist with safeguarding PPE, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with laundry and environmental services as required.
