Job summary

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Health Center Coordinator in Delray Beach, FL to support residents and coordinate daily health center activities. You will greet visitors, assist families, and ensure smooth admissions and discharges.

Responsibilities include physician order transcription, communication with nursing staff, answering inquiries, scheduling clinics and transportation, and maintaining inventory levels. One year of relevant experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, family members and guests courteously.
• Complete new admission welcome process and discharge tasks.
• Transcribe physician orders and communicate changes to nurses.
• Answer phones and transfer messages per policies and procedures.
• Schedule lab work, physician visits, and resident transportation.
• Maintain inventory par levels and supplies.
