• Transcribe physician orders and communicate changes to the nurse.
• Answer phones and transfer messages; handle inquiries per policies and procedures.
• Schedule and maintain lab work and physician visits; arrange resident transportation.
• Maintain inventory par levels and track inventory and supplies.
