Responsibilities

• Inventory all resident’s items; document inventoried items on inventory sheet and in PCC.
• Conduct psychosocial groups and document participation.
• Monitor, de-escalate, and redirect all behaviors during smoke breaks; report to PRSCs and PRSD.
• Conduct room searches for contraband items; educate and have residents sign facility handbook and house rules.
• Schedule dental appointments for residents through Senior Dental; notify PRSD of refusals of care.
• Document wander guard checks daily; report changes to PRSD.
• Coordinate room changes with PRSCs and CNA staff; notify families.
• Maintain token store; update token cards, points, and changes as needed.
• Ensure all mail and packages are passed out daily.
• Monitor dining; ensure all trays are passed during meal times.
• Communicate changes in resident condition, functioning, and behavior to PRSD.
• Any other duties as assigned by department managers.
