Coleman House Assisted Living Residence is recruiting a Registered Nurse Resident Care Director to oversee the specialized memory care unit and ensure quality resident care in a 22-unit setting in Massachusetts.

The role requires coordinating admissions, assessments and service plans, supervising staff, managing medications, and maintaining compliant documentation. Strong leadership and on-going staff training are essential for resident satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with staff, residents, and family members.
• Experience in long-term care management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Pre-Admission, Initial and ongoing assessments of residents.
• Develop timely reviews of Resident Service Plans.
• Manage the medication for the assisted living residents.
• Provide initial and ongoing training of the employees.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and payroll notifications.
• Complete staffing schedules and assist in on call schedule.

• perform Pre-Admission, Initial and ongoing assessments of residents
• developing timely review of Resident Service Plans
• the medication management of the assisted living residents.

Must be able to communication with staff, resident, family members. In addition, address concerns, disputes, complains quickly and fairly using facility policies, state regulations and other pertinent facts. provide guidance and support to residents and families regarding residency. Ensure resident needs are met and the service plan reflects those needs. Ensure all documentation is accurate, comprehensive and legible. Perform initial and annual performance reviews of employees. Ensure appropriate staffing of the unit at all times, this includes hiring, reference reviews and payroll notifications. Completes staffing schedules as required and assists in on call schedule.
