Job summary

Meadowview Assisted Living Center in Smithfield, NC seeks a dedicated Resident Care Director to oversee the community's overall management and ensure the highest standard of care for residents. You will collaborate with the Executive Director and Medical Director to align clinical and operational goals.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of work.
• Active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an AHA approved provider.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing community or related healthcare setting, preferably long-term care.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.

• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.
