Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees the management and daily operations of the Resident Care department.
• Monitors compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.
• Supervises medication administration and conducts audits of medication sheets.
• Ensures documentation, including service plans and assessments, is completed timely.
• Coordinates monthly staffing calendars to meet resident needs within budget.
