Location: Maxwell Perkins Ln, Windsor, VT 05089
Duration: 13-Week Contract (Possibility of extension)
Shift: 5x8 Monday-Friday (9a-5.30p)
Guaranteed Hours: 40
For Local Candidates: $90-$93/hour (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility) (If 40 hours are completed):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $94.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $3,760.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $54.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $2,160.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,600.00
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $96.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $3,840.00
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Resident Care Director to lead and manage our Resident Services Department. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating quality care and services to residents while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and community standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in clinical oversight, staff leadership, and resident-centered care in a senior living setting.
Other Skills Required
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Resident Services Department, ensuring high-quality resident care.
Develop and implement care plans that support residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing and support staff for optimal performance and compliance.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and community partners to ensure seamless care delivery.
Monitor compliance with regulatory standards, community policies, and safety protocols.
