PSL, a leader in healthcare services, is seeking a Wellness Department leader to plan, develop, organize and direct the overall operation of the Wellness Department in our Wisconsin senior living facility. The role focuses on delivering high-quality assisted living services aligned with federal, state, and local standards.

You will supervise staffing, ensure care interventions meet residents' cognitive and physical needs, and support onboarding and training of caregivers.

The team member in this role is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Wellness Department and to ensure the delivery of the highest quality assisted living services focused on maximizing residents’ individual capabilities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Executive Director/Wellness Director.

Core Responsibilities (additional responsibilities will be assigned):

• Ensure the CAPLICO Core Values are adhered to at all times.
• Plans, develops, organizes, implements and evaluates resident care goals.
• Ensure that all residents receive quality care and maximize resident’s individual capabilities.
• Assist the Wellness Director with ensuring effective, efficient and adequate staffing of the resident care department.
• Assist the Wellness Director with ensuring that care interventions meet the personal, physical and cognitive needs of each resident.
• Assist the Wellness Director with ensuring that all caregivers are appropriately oriented, onboarded, and trained, according to Facility policy and procedure.
• Assist the Wellness Director with ensuring all care giving staff complete required training and in-services according to established time frames.
