Job summary

Meadowview-Assisted-Living-Center is seeking a Resident Care Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our assisted living community in North Carolina. You will collaborate with the Executive Director and Medical Director to maintain the highest standards of resident care and safety.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license in NC, CPR certification, and at least two years in a supervisory healthcare position, preferably in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in NC.
• Active CPR certification from an AHA-approved provider.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably long-term care.

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.
