Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions' Northlake House in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to support residents with daily tasks and ensure a safe, enjoyable living environment. The role emphasizes staffing coordination, training reinforcement, and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in an equivalent setting preferred.
• Understanding of senior care needs and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduling for resident care staff.
• Orient, monitor progress and reinforce training of resident care staff in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services.
• Complete all Navion Senior Solutions and state required documentation in a timely manner.
• Assist the Director of Clinical Services in implementing state regulations as required.
• Manage on-duty coverage, represent the community, participate in staff meetings, plan and run marketing and community events.
• Audit Medication Administration Report (MAR) and notify pharmacy of changes.
• Conduct regular inspections of resident records and maintain in accordance with state regulations.
• Complete resident assessments as outlined by Navion Senior Solutions and licensure guidelines in a timely manner.
